Wave and Wind Directionality. Applications to the Design of Structures

This volume is intended for oceanographers, specialists in marine structure design or in offshore instrumentation, and for institutes, universities and industrial research groups involved in this subject throughout the world. Its aim is to improve knowledge of the energy distribution of waves in accordance with their direction particularly during storms, and also to introduce the measurement instruments used to collect these data. Various applications to the design of structures are put forward in this book.
