While performing your search
in our data base, select the titles you
are interested in and add them to your book
shopping cart. You can be presented the
contents of your book shopping cart by clicking
on the
book shopping card.
To actually place an order, first click on the "order
form" button, then fill out the information requested. You may:
ask
for a quotation only: tick "proforma"
Place
the order by fax or e-mail: print the order form an send it
Place
the order online: after completing the form, click on the "Order"
button.
You will be given the option to use a secure server. This option
will ensure that all your personal information, including your credit
card number, is encrypted by SSL, the most advanced online ordering security
system available.
Carefully write down the order reference number issued
by the machine and mention it on any further letter or e-mail.

Returns
Book returns must be authorized in advance. They can not
exceed 10% of the annual turnover. The request to return must be made
within 12 months of shipping date, and must include order, invoice number
and date, and payment information. To receive credit, which will be issued
at sale price, books must be in resaleable condition.
Prices
Prices indicated are export prices and subject to change
without notice. They are quoted in US dollars and Euros.
Shipping/Handling
Shipping and handling costs are charged to the buyer. For
prepaid orders, they must be calculated as follows: 8% of the net valuefor
carriage, with a minimum of € 6.
Books are always sent by economy airmail. If airmail delivery
is requested, please contact us for quotation.
